Job Description:

Job Summary:
A proactive and organized Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and reports
  • Take meeting minutes and create/ distribute resulting tasks and assignments
  • Manage archiving and document control
  • Phrase internal and external formal communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative and secretarial roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluent in English/ Arabic
  • Male
