Position: VRF Technician
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day / 6 Days per Week
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VRF Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with VRF systems and a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain VRF air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in VRF indoor and outdoor units.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to VRF systems.
  • Conduct refrigerant charging, leak testing, and system performance checks.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Inspect and replace defective components such as compressors, sensors, PCB boards, and control devices.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain service reports and record all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a VRF Technician.
  • Hands-on experience with major VRF brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the proper use of tools and testing equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  • Flexibility to work on maintenance and emergency breakdown calls when required.
