Job Summary

The Guest Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of hospitality and service throughout their visit. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Handle guest check-ins, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities, promotions, and services.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.

  • Record and relay guest feedback to improve service quality.

  • Provide information about the property, nearby attractions, and events.

  • Ensure a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.

  • Support front office operations and assist with guest documentation when needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Any related qualification.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.

  • Nationality: Eastern Europe.

  • Language: Fluent in English.

  • Personal Attributes: Presentable, friendly, and proactive in guest engagement.
