Job Description:

The Field Sales Executive will drive sales growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) by identifying, engaging, and nurturing client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment and consistently meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Coverage & Client Engagement

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through effective market screening.

  • Present products clearly, highlighting their value and benefits to clients.

  • Maintain an up-to-date client database and follow up regularly to secure engagement and sales.

  • Represent the company professionally at all client interactions.

2. Sales Target Achievement

  • Close a minimum of 10 new deals per month with new clients.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management.

  • Drive sales growth through follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Proactively address declining sales by identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

  • Participate in monthly performance appraisals and implement actionable feedback.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Submit accurate daily reports detailing client interactions, market insights, and competitor activities.

  • Monitor competitors product offerings, pricing, and promotions, providing actionable insights to management.

  • Track client preferences, current suppliers, and monthly consumption for strategic planning.

4. Relationship Building & Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.

  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Recommend strategies to management for market growth and enhanced client experience.

Performance Metrics:

  • Minimum of 10 new closed deals monthly.

  • Retention of existing clients and consistent sales growth.

  • Timely and accurate reporting.

  • Positive client feedback and actionable market insights.

  • Performance evaluation through monthly appraisals.
