Sales Executive
Job Description:
The Field Sales Executive will drive sales growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) by identifying, engaging, and nurturing client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment and consistently meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Coverage & Client Engagement

Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through effective market screening.

Present products clearly, highlighting their value and benefits to clients.

Maintain an up-to-date client database and follow up regularly to secure engagement and sales.

Represent the company professionally at all client interactions.
2. Sales Target Achievement

Close a minimum of 10 new deals per month with new clients.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management.

Drive sales growth through follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Proactively address declining sales by identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

Participate in monthly performance appraisals and implement actionable feedback.
3. Reporting & Analysis

Submit accurate daily reports detailing client interactions, market insights, and competitor activities.

Monitor competitors product offerings, pricing, and promotions, providing actionable insights to management.

Track client preferences, current suppliers, and monthly consumption for strategic planning.
4. Relationship Building & Retention

Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.

Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Recommend strategies to management for market growth and enhanced client experience.
Performance Metrics:

Minimum of 10 new closed deals monthly.
