HSE Trainer
Job Description:
The HSE Trainer is responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization. The trainer will design training modules covering various topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, PPE usage, and compliance with company and local regulations. This role also involves maintaining updated training materials, assessing employee understanding through tests or practical evaluations, and preparing periodic training performance reports. The HSE Trainer plays a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in employee behavior and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:

Certified Train the Trainer qualification.

In-depth understanding of HSE principles, policies, and local regulations.

Minimum 3 years of experience conducting safety training in an industrial or construction setting.

Strong presentation and communication skills.
