We are hiring an experienced BIM Modeler (HVAC, Fire & Plumbing) to support a major project at Hamad International Airport (HIA). The role involves developing detailed BIM models, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring high accuracy in system integration. This is a contract-based role with provided accommodation, food, and transportation.

Job Description:

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.

• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure accurate system integration.

• Perform clash detection and resolve technical conflicts.

• Ensure models comply with project drawings and specifications.

• Support the design and site team with model-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire & Plumbing modeling.

• Experience with BIM tools (Revit preferred).
