We are seeking experienced Carpenter Foremen to supervise and execute carpentry works for a short-term deployment project in Ras Bu Fontas. The role requires strong hands-on carpentry experience along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily carpentry activities on site and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

• Lead, guide, and monitor carpentry workers to meet project timelines

• Allocate tasks and manpower efficiently based on work requirements

• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment

• Inspect carpentry work for quality and compliance with safety standards

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades

• Ensure adherence to project safety regulations and site procedures

• Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry works, preferably in construction projects

• Proven experience working as a Foreman or Senior Carpenter

• Strong knowledge of formwork, finishing, and general carpentry activities

• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings

• Good leadership and team-handling skills

• Physically fit and capable of working long hours

Educational Qualification

• Any (formal certification in carpentry is an added advantage)
