Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced GRP Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in GRP/FRP piping works within the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise GRP piping fabrication, installation, joining, lamination, repair,

and maintenance activities.

 Possess strong core knowledge of GRP piping repair procedures and

techniques.

 Be familiar with a wide range of piping materials and systems commonly

used in oil & gas operations.

 Conduct and verify site measurements, dimensional checks, and field

inspections.

 Ensure proper understanding and compliance with PTW (Permit to Work)

requirements and site safety procedures.

 Coordinate effectively with client engineers, inspectors, supervisors, and

coworkers.

 Ensure all GRP work is carried out in accordance with project specifications,

approved procedures, drawings, and client requirements.

 Supervise joining and lamination works and ensure correct application of

approved repair procedures.

 Coordinate and monitor inspection and testing activities, including:

o Visual inspection

o Hardness testing

o Dimensional checks

o Hydrostatic testing

 Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are completed before final

acceptance.

 Maintain proper documentation and ensure work progress meets project

schedules and quality requirements.

Requirements:

 Minimum 7 years of experience in GRP/FRP piping works, preferably within the

oil & gas industry.

 Strong practical knowledge of GRP piping fabrication, installation, joining,

lamination, and repair.

 Good knowledge of oil & gas piping materials, specifications, and site

practices.

 Familiarity with PTW systems, inspection requirements, and testing

procedures.

 Ability to read and understand piping drawings, specifications, and repair

procedures.

 Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams.

 Ability to lead and supervise site personnel effectively.

 Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and project requirements.
