Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

§ More than 8 years of relevant experience with 8+ years of progressive project/portfolio management

experience, including at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role within Banking/Financial Services.

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

§ Mandatory fluency in Arabic & English (written/verbal).

§ Knowledge of Project Management (principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes)

§ Knowledge of Portfolio and relationship management

§ Knowledge of industry practices

§ PMP / PRINCE2 a must.

§ Agile and ITIL certifications also preferred.

§ Proven expertise in Digital Transformation, Core Banking/FinTech, Cloud, and Data initiatives.

Strong executive presence, C-level communication, stakeholder influence, and team leadership capabilities.
