Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation and temperature.

Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions as per company policy.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company and health regulations.

Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.

Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering environments.

Multilingual communication skills (advantage).
