Job Title: ELV Engineer

Job Purpose:
Manage and maintain all ELV systems to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Security, BMS, Lighting Control, FM200, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, QCD, MOI-SSD, and other standards
• Manage AMC/non-AMC contractors and maintenance activities (PPM & CM)
• Coordinate work permits (PTW) and ensure timely task completion via CMMS
• Prepare for and support government inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• 3–5 years of ELV experience
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and ELV systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in English
