Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

* Conduct site inspections and safety audits.

* Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.

* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training.

* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.

* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.

* Maintain HSE documentation and reports.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of HSE experience after obtaining NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

* NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.

* Construction industry experience is required, including commercial, residential, flyover, or similar infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

* Good communication and reporting skills
