Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance System Administrator to support the effective administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining maintenance data, planning and tracking work orders, generating reports and KPIs, and ensuring the accuracy of maintenance records to support efficient maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Create, update, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and track maintenance activities through the CMMS.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and maintenance records.
  • Generate maintenance reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze maintenance data and identify trends to improve maintenance performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CMMS.
  • Support maintenance planners and supervisors with system updates and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor work order status and ensure timely completion and closure.
  • Assist in developing and improving maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
  • Support inventory and spare parts data management within the CMMS.
  • Prepare Microsoft Excel reports using advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all maintenance records are complete and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration, maintenance planning, or a similar maintenance support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or Oil & Gas environments is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CMMS for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Advanced Formulas
    • Data Analysis
    • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Ability to analyze maintenance data and prepare accurate reports and KPIs.
  • Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory and spare parts management (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning methodologies and asset management practices.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and spare parts management within CMMS.
  • Experience working with SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle eAM, Infor EAM, or similar maintenance management systems is an advantage.
