Job Description:
Job Summary:
The PTW Receiver is responsible for ensuring that all work conducted in hazardous or controlled areas is carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This role involves receiving, reviewing, and acknowledging permits to work, coordinating with supervisors and HSE personnel, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review all issued Permits to Work (PTW) prior to the commencement of work.

Ensure that work is carried out according to the PTW requirements and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Verify that the work area has been properly prepared and all necessary precautions are in place before work begins.

Coordinate with permit issuers, supervisors, and HSE officers to clarify work scope, risks, and safety requirements.

Monitor ongoing work to ensure continued compliance with PTW conditions.

Report any unsafe conditions, deviations, or incidents immediately to the relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate records of received permits, approvals, and any deviations.

Participate in safety meetings, briefings, and audits as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in safety or related field preferred.

Previous experience in PTW systems, industrial operations, or HSE coordination is advantageous.

Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures rigorously.

Ability to work in potentially hazardous environments while adhering to safety standards.
Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of permit-to-work systems (hot work, confined space, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
