HR & Admin( Office Administration, Visa & Legal)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to handle office administration, visa processing, and legal documentation for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations.
- Handle employee visa, renewal, and legal documentation.
- Maintain personnel records and coordinate with PRO services.
- Support management in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Oversee office supplies, logistics, and general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR and office administration.
- Good knowledge of Qatar labor law and visa procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
