The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities related to the ELAN Wooden Decoration Deployment project. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to project timelines, and delivery of exceptional on-site experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution and delivery of project tasks in alignment with client specifications and deadlines.

• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring all activities comply with safety, quality, and performance standards.

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for resource allocation and logistics management.

• Supervise and guide on-site staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism throughout the project.

• Ensure proper implementation of event layouts and setups based on CAD drawings and project plans.

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.

• Maintain regular communication with the Client and Swan Global project team regarding progress, challenges, and updates.

• Conduct post-event or project evaluations and submit performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Experience: Proven track record in venue management, event coordination, or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

• Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).

• Other Requirements: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
