Job Description – CCTV Technician

Position: CCTV Technician
Location: Qatar
Project Duration: 3 Months
Joining: Immediate
Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience with mandatory GCC site experience.

Job Purpose

The CCTV Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IP-based CCTV systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-configuration, assignment, and management of IP addresses for IP CCTV cameras before installation.
• Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras and related equipment.
• Conduct camera testing, focusing, and image quality adjustments.
• Troubleshoot camera connectivity and configuration issues.
• Remove and replace faulty cameras and components when required.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain installation and maintenance records.
• Follow all site safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a CCTV Technician.
• Mandatory GCC experience in CCTV installation and maintenance projects.
• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV systems, networking, and camera configuration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
