Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Structural Supervisors to join our Oil & Gas project in Ras Laffan. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage structural works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise structural activities at the site, ensuring work is performed according to project drawings, codes, and standards.

• Monitor and manage workforce productivity to meet project timelines and targets.

• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.

• Conduct daily inspections to verify quality of structural works and materials.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management review.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry with proven experience in structural supervision.

• Certification: Relevant certifications in Oil & Gas/structural supervision (preferred).

• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken & written).

• Nationality: Open (any nationality may apply).
