Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Marshal Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of event marshals. The role involves supervising on-ground operations, ensuring smooth coordination among team members, and maintaining high standards of event safety and crowd management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign duties to event marshals across various zones.

• Monitor crowd movement and ensure all safety measures are implemented.

• Coordinate with the event management team to relay updates and resolve on-site issues.

• Conduct briefings and ensure marshals understand their responsibilities.

• Manage shift rotations, attendance, and performance monitoring.

• Handle incident reporting and ensure quick response to any emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Must hold a freelance visa with a valid QID.

• Proven experience as a Marshal Supervisor or Team Leader in previous events.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

• Availability for the entire event duration (4 days).
