Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Manage, receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.

  • Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and storage guidelines.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/storage area.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

  • Support smooth operations by ensuring timely availability of required materials.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field (Storekeeping/Inventory Management).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak operations.
