Job Description:

Role Overview

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems including PACU and VRF units, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

  • Independently replace compressors and system components.

  • Inspect, calibrate, and repair control systems for PACU and VRF units.

  • Maintain system performance records and report issues promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical discipline.

  • 5-8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (not construction).

  • Skilled in PACU and VRF troubleshooting, compressor replacement, and control systems.

  • Good command of English (spoken & written).


Contract: 3 Months
