Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Tech Lead to design and develop high-performance software solutions. The role involves leading development, mentoring teams, and working on complex CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design & development of C++/C# applications
• Work on CAD/geometry-heavy systems and engineering applications
• Mentor team members and ensure coding best practices
• Collaborate with product and business teams
• Drive code quality, performance, and system improvements
• Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–16 years of experience in C++/C# development
• Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems
• 3+ years in Technical/Lead role
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, debugging
• Strong SQL and database experience
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
• Experience in legacy system modernization

Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio
• Exposure to ASP.NET / Web technologies
• Knowledge of engineering/manufacturing applications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
