Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the design team for content creation (graphics, videos, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand tone and visual guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Bilingually).
  • Knowledge of the Qatari market and local trends is highly preferred.
