Civil Supervisor

Location: Dukhan, Qatar

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor site progress, workforce productivity, and material usage.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure quality and safety requirements are followed.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate permit-to-work activities.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy (QE) procedures and site requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• QatarEnergy (QE) approval is mandatory.
• Valid e-PTW certification for Dukhan is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, and quality standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
