Job Purpose:
To analyze, design, develop, implement, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS modules while ensuring efficient system performance and providing innovative IT solutions to meet organizational HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and propose IT solutions.

Automate business processes and perform process re-engineering based on automation studies.

Plan and estimate timelines for developing new features, components, or modifications to existing applications.

Perform gap analysis and build robust test scenarios for development and production environments.

Develop and implement business applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Report Builder, and AME workflows.

Deliver analytical studies and recommend potential IT interventions for process improvement.

Execute programming tasks as per project plans and functional specifications.

Maintain strong relationships with key users (super users) to ensure proper system utilization.

Test and apply new features in development and test environments, followed by deployment in production.

Engage in testing and integration of other applications within the ERP ecosystem.

Lead and conduct end-user training sessions prior to system go-live.

Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of HRMS modules: Self Service, HRMS Core, Payroll, i-Recruitment, and OLM.

Follow up on Service Requests (SRs) and ensure timely issue resolution.

Document all activities, from project initiation through to user manuals.
Special Skills & Competencies:

Certification in Oracle Development HRMS / Self-Service Track.

Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP HRMS modules (Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, i-Recruitment, OLM, Appraisal).

Proficiency in Oracle development tools: JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Report Builder, and AME workflows.

Workshop facilitation, presentation, and training skills.

Strong communication and report-writing abilities.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts using simple examples.

System administration knowledge (preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Education: BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
-
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Applications Development, with expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.

Language: Arabic speaker (mandatory).
