Job Summary:
A highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Officer to manage and optimize our procurement processes. This role involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement procurement procedures in compliance with procurement policies and procedures and best practices
- Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations
- Conduct tenders, bids, and supplier selection processes
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate and oversee the receiving process
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management
Requirements:
- Preferable engineering academic/ professional background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Experience must include implementation of tender purchasing
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in procurement software (e.g. ERP)
- Fluent in English/ Arabic
- Male
