Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and develop high-performance applications. The role involves working on CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems, leading teams, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of C/C++ applications
• Design and maintain CAD/geometry-heavy systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Collaborate with product and business teams
• Ensure high-quality coding, reviews, and best practices
• Improve system performance and scalability
• Modernize legacy code and reduce technical debt

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–16 years of experience in C/C++ development
• Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems
• Minimum 3+ years in Technical/Lead role
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and debugging
• Experience with Firebird & SQL Server (mandatory)
• Experience working on Cloud VDI / OCI environments
• Strong experience in legacy code modernization

Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio
• Exposure to C#, ASP.NET / Web technologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
• Experience in engineering-focused applications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
