Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules to meet business requirements. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to interact with stakeholders in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related functionalities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SCM solutions.

Configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications to align with business needs and ensure best practices are followed.

Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and extensions.

Provide guidance and training to business users for effective utilization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

Perform system testing, UAT support, and resolve functional issues.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment of SCM solutions.

Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities during implementation.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 810 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with at least 35 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.

Proven track record in full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, setups, and best practices.

Experience with SCM-related integrations, extensions, and reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and proficiency in English.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Experience working in the GCC or Middle East region is an advantage.
