Job Title: Electrical Engineer (MEP)

Job Purpose:
Support the operation and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Execute and monitor PPM & CM activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and support repairs
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain records and update CMMS

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (MEP preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or similar
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS
• Good communication skills in English
