Position Title: Software Support Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar (Head Office & Customer Office)
Employment Type: Contract Staffing (1 Year)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 5 days a week
Salary: QAR 8,800/month
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for software systems to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level support for
software applications.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, configuration, and integration.- Liaise with end-users to identify issues and provide timely solutions.
- Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when required.
- Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and system testing.
- Deliver user training and support for software-related queries

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate degree (IT, Computer Science,or
related field). -
Experience: 23 years of experience in software
support
or a related technical role. -
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and French is
mandatory -
Nationality: Open to all.

- Experience troubleshooting applications running on Linux through diagnosis and reproduction of issues (resource contention, network bottlenecks, etc.
- Desire to make customers successful through direct interaction
Strong operational knowledge / experience in
application management
Operational knowledge / experience of at least one
mainstream distributed system (e.g. Kafka, Hadoop,
Cassandra, etc.) and Java applications (jstack, jmap, etc.)- Solid Scripting and Programming Skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, VBScript, PerlScript, C#, TSQL, XML) is advantageous etc.)
Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS,
Google) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Able to troubleshoot technical issues in a structured
approach, problem solver, analytical proficiency Cyber security knowledge and experienceAttention to details, fast learner and excellent
- Arabic and French speaking advantageous
