We are looking for a professional BIM Modeler (Architectural + Structural) for an airport project at HIA. The role includes developing architectural and structural BIM models, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring accurate project representation.

Salary: 10,000 QAR (FAT by candidate)
Location: HIA
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

Job Description:

• Create BIM models for architectural and structural components.

• Coordinate models with other trades and resolve clashes.

• Update models based on site modifications and design changes.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, codes, and project specs.

• Maintain documentation and support design teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.

• Minimum 5 years of Architectural/Structural BIM experience.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
